Product Training
UpFlow is pleased to offer its resellers and customers a range of different product training options. From customised implementation training to full certification on the platform. We can ensure you have the skills to maximise your investment in the platform.
Please note, there are limited spaces in the instructor led certified training courses to ensure a quality training experience. OnDemand training courses can be run at any time via our Learning Management System (LMS).

We can provide product training on the following products – Kofax PSIcapture, Kofax PSIcapture Mailroom (Previously known as PSIfusion), FileBound and RPA.
Remote product training is the right choice for those seeking a thorough education and unable to travel. We offer Intermediate training as well as training in other core products and skills.
The courses are $995 per participant. There will only be limited spaces; complete the application form for Kofax PSIcapture, RPA, FileBound, or Flow training to ensure a spot.

Kofax PSIcapture Product Training – now via Remote Learning

Attendees will need to complete the PSIcapture Engineer | Level 1 course prior to registering for the instructor lead training.

FileBound Product Training – now via Remote Learning

- Nov 5-6 from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST

Kofax PSIcapture Engineer v7 | Level 1 - ILT Training course
Instructor led Certified Training – $995
The Kofax PSIcapture Engineer course is designed to take new engineers through key sections within Kofax PSIcapture. Attendees will know how to perform document separation, configuration of Indexing options and how to use the inbuilt migrations to integrate Kofax PSIcapture to a line of business system. This course is a technical course and should be attended by people who are wanting to configure Kofax PSIcapture.
Currently run across 4 days via remote learning. Each training session is run for 3 hours each. There will be self paced sections between the training days as well as an optional Class for additional support if required. At the completion of this course attendees can sit the online test and practical exam to become certified.
PSIcapture Engineer v7 | Level 2 - ILT Training course
Instructor led Certified Training – $995
The Kofax PSIcapture Level 2 training dates will be advised shortly. The Level 2 course will focus on extending the skills and knowledge of the attendees to include an in depth knowledge of the powerful classification engine. The Kofax PSIcapture Engineer v7 | Level 1 course is a prerequisite.

FileBound User v7 | Level 1 - Online Product Training course
Self paced via LMS – $250
This course is run on demand via our Learning Management System. It will provide a baseline of knowledge for the participant on the basics of FIleBound from a user perspective.
- FileBound User v7 | Level 1 is a pre-requisite for all other FileBound courses and learning plans.
FileBound Engineer v7 | Level 1 - Online Product Training course
Self paced via LMS – $495
This course is run OnDemand via our Learning Management System. It is the next phase of knowledge expansion, upskilling the participant on FileBound Administration, Forms, Workflow and Extensions.
FileBound Engineer v7 | Level 1 is a pre-requisite for FileBound Instructor Lead Training.
FileBound - ILT Training course
Instructor led Training – $995
Classroom training is the right choice for those seeking a thorough education to an intermediate level within the FileBound platform. Each participant will get access to an online Training site to complete the Lab based training components that will cover FileBound Administration, eForms and Workflow.
FileBound User and Engineer v7 | Level 1 is a pre-requisite for this course.
